  • WHAT DOES GETTING ZAPPED MEAN?
    Zapping is where we custom fit and weld a solid gold piece of jewelry directly on to you. This means that your jewelry is custom fit to your body, with no clasp, and should require no maintenance. Even though they are referred to as permanent, they can simply be cut off.
  • DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
    Yes, you can book an appointment here.
  • DOES IT HURT?
    The zapping process will not hurt at all. There is only a flash from welding the jewelry.
  • CAN I BUY THE JEWELRY IN ADVANCE?
    No, you'll choose your chain style when you come in.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO REMOVE MY PERMANENT JEWELRY? CAN I GET IT RE-ZAPPED ON LATER?
    If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for any reason, we recommend carefully removing it with cutters, and if you wish to get it welded back on at a later date we can certainly do that for you free of charge. To maintain high-quality standards, we do not repair or adjust jewelry done by other companies.
  • WILL THIS GIVE ME PROBLEMS GOING THROUGH THE AIRPORT?
    No. Generally, fine jewelry never needs to be removed when going through airport security.
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PERMANENT JEWELRY?
    You can clean your permanent jewelry with warm water and dish soap. This will help remove any dirt and oils that might have built up. We also recommend using a jewelry polishing cloth to keep your permanent jewelry clean. Please note we do not offer jewelry cleaning services.
  • DOES MY JEWELRY COME WITH A WARRANTY?
    We offer a 30-day one time replacement on all of our permanent jewelry services excluding custom made pieces. Please note, all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds or returns.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    We value our time with each client. please note, cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged a non-refundable flat fee of $50. No-shows (anything after the 10 minute grace period) will also be charged a non-refundable flat fee of $50. Should payment not go through for no-shows, cancellations or reschedules, lets get zapped reserves the right to cancel any future bookings.
  • DO YOU RE-ZAP OUTSIDE JEWELRY?
    To maintain high-quality standards, we DO NOT repair or adjust jewelry done by other companies.
